ต้นเถา ช่วยประสิทธิ์ เป็นนักการศึกษาดนตรี นักประพันธ์ และนักเรียบเรียงเสียงประสานผู้มีประสบการณ์ยาวนานในวงการดนตรีไทย ด้วยคุณวุฒิปริญญาเอกด้านดนตรีจากคณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย คุณต้นเถาได้อุทิศตนให้กับการศึกษาดนตรีและการพัฒนานักดนตรีมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ท่านเคยร่วมงานกับองค์กรดนตรีชั้นนำหลากหลายแห่ง ทั้งระดับโรงเรียนมัธยม มหาวิทยาลัย และวงดนตรีอาชีพ ปัจจุบัน คุณต้นเถาทำหน้าที่เป็นบุคลากรสำคัญ ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาดนตรีสำหรับคนทั่วไป วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล นอกจากนี้ยังดำรงตำแหน่งอาจารย์พิเศษ ณ โรงเรียนดุริยางค์ทหารเรือ และวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา รวมถึงเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญทฤษฎีดนตรีตะวันตกประจำวงดุริยางค์เครื่องลมแห่งประเทศไทย
Bio (English)
Tontao Chuaiprasit is a highly experienced music educator, composer, and arranger with a long-standing presence in the Thai classical music scene. Holding a Doctoral degree in Music from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Dr. Tontao has dedicated himself to music education and the continuous development of musicians.
He has collaborated with numerous leading music organizations, spanning high schools, universities, and professional ensembles. Currently, Dr. Tontao serves as a key faculty member at the Music School for the Public, College of Music, Mahidol University. Additionally, he holds positions as a special lecturer at the Royal Thai Navy Music School and the College of Music, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. Dr. Tontao is also recognized as a Western music theory specialist for the Thai Youth Wind.

รุ่งรดิศ เริ่มต้นศึกษาการเรียบเรียงเสียงประสานสำหรับวงมาร์ชชิ่งแบนด์ตั้งแต่สมัยที่เป็นสมาชิกวงโยธวาทิตโรงเรียนวชิรธรรมสาธิต ก่อนจะมีโอกาสเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมจากนักเรียบเรียงและนักแต่งเพลงระดับอาชีพทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ เขายังได้ศึกษาด้านการประพันธ์เพลงในหลากหลายแขนง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นวงคอนเสิร์ตแบนด์ วงขับร้องประสานเสียง ดนตรีประกอบภาพยนตร์ ดนตรีแจ๊ส ไปจนถึงดนตรีร่วมสมัยในศตวรรษที่ 20
ผลงานของรุ่งรดิศครอบคลุมทั้งการเรียบเรียงและประพันธ์เพลงให้กับวงมาร์ชชิ่งแบนด์และวงคอนเสิร์ตแบนด์ ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ
ปัจจุบัน รุ่งรดิศทำหน้าที่เป็นแบนด์ไดเรคเตอร์ให้กับวงโยธวาทิตโรงเรียนวชิรธรรมสาธิต รวมถึงเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนเครื่องดนตรียูโฟเนียม ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยเพลง และนักเรียบเรียง-ประพันธ์เพลงให้กับ วงดุริยางค์เครื่องลมเยาวชนไทย นอกจากนี้ เขายังทำงานในฐานะนักเรียบเรียงและนักประพันธ์เพลงอิสระอีกด้วย
Bio (English)
Rung-radis began his studies in marching band arrangement as a member of the Wachirathamsatit Drum & Brass Corps. He later furthered his knowledge under the tutelage of professional Thai and international composers and arrangers.
In addition, he has studied composition across a diverse range of disciplines, including music for concert bands, choirs, film scores, jazz, and 20th-century contemporary music.
His portfolio includes both arrangements and original compositions for marching and concert bands, which have been performed in Thailand and internationally.
Currently, Rung-radis serves as the Band Director for the Wachirathamsatit Drum & Brass Corps. He also holds the positions of Euphonium Instructor, Assistant Conductor, and Composer/Arranger for the Thai Youth Winds. Furthermore, he is active as a freelance composer and arranger.
