Commissioned for the Isan Trombone Festival 2025. The term “NEst. Bone” is derived from two words: “North-Eastern Thai” and “Trombone.” Inspired from the North-Eastern Thai music known as “Morlam”. This piece using a motive and rhythm in morlam style to represents the identity of Isan, shown by the melody and rhythm through the piece.
