“Motopunk, a piece for saxophone quintet, was first performed at the Valaya Alongkorn Music Competition 2020 by Siam Mint Saxophone, a group formed by my dear friends. I wrote this song when I was 20, and I really want you to feel the speed and thrill of the pure notes! I composed it while I was still untrained in songwriting, which is funny because I didn’t even know what grade level it was! But I can assure you, it’s playable and not random.
