The old Khamane Chom Duen Song Chan was in Kmer melodic tone, used as an accompaniment to stage plays. During the time he was the Navy General, Prince Paribatra had adapted Bulan Chok Muay Song Chan, added Kmer tone flavor, and orchestrated for brass band to perform for military processions on various ceremonial occasions, renamed it as Khamane Chom Duan.
