Amanat Chantarawirote Amanat Chantarawirote is a distinguished educator and composer specializing in the Orff Schulwerk approach. He completed his Level 3 Orff Schulwerk Teacher Education in San Francisco, USA. Amanat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a Master’s degree in Music Composition from Chulalongkorn University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. Experience & Expertise With over 17 years of extensive experience (2006–2024) as a music educator at Tripat School, Amanat played a pivotal role in establishing diverse musical programs, including recorder ensembles, student orchestras, choirs, and musical theater productions. Beyond his school tenure, he is frequently invited as a guest lecturer at various schools and universities, specializing in Music Theory, Form and Analysis, World Music, and 20th-Century Music. Creative Direction As a composer, Amanat focuses on bridging the gap between music, education, and culture. His notable works include original musical theater scores for productions such as The Little Prince, The Alchemist (Khumsap Sut Plai Fan), and Jonathan Livingston Seagull. In addition to theater, he has composed and arranged for various ensembles, with a particular emphasis on string orchestras.
