Phuwanat Wattanopaht

Nickname: PhuPhu

Phuwanat Wattanopaht is a Thai student musician and emerging composer. His primary instrument is the tuba.

 

Musical Background

 

Phuwanat began his musical education at the age of 13 while studying in Grade 7 at Kittikhun School. He joined the school marching band, which combined melodica and bell lyra, and initially performed in the low brass section, playing trombone and euphonium. During this period, he studied under the instruction of Miss. Piyanan Pornparsat.

At the age of 15, Phuwanat continued his upper secondary education at Prachuap Wittayalai School. There, he transitioned to the tuba as his main instrument, studying under Mr. Wasin Sangwa and Acting Sub-Lieutenant Attsarawut Chan-ngam.

 

At present, Phuwanat is a Grade 12 student at Prachuap Wittayalai School. He is an emerging student composer who is still developing his musical skills and experience. In addition to his studies, he serves as the head of the school marching band and has previously been a member of the Prachuap Wittayalai School Choir.
